Tuesday we fly to Manila
Den kommenden Dienstag fliegen wir nach Manila für 3 Tage damit ich endlich mal wieder Burger essen kann… Das war natürlich ein Scherz. Wir müssen auf die Deutsche Botschaft um dort den Antrag auf mein Ehefähigkeitszeugniss zu stellen (was ich vor einem deutschen Beamten machen muss), wo wir Mai’s übersetzte Dokumente gleich mit abliefern und dafür zahlen müssen das die Deutsche Botschaft diese dann überprüft. Das kann dann 4-6 Monate dauern. Danach bekomm ich dann mein EFZ, welches ich dann hier wieder in Manila in eine Heiratslizens umtauschen kann was dann er Filipinische Standesbeamte dann auch akzeptiert… Aber bei Burgerking schau ich trotzdem mal vorbei..
Next tuesday we are going to fly to Manila for 3 days so I can have hamburgers… Of course, that was a joke. We have to go to the German Embassy to fill out my application for a German Marriage License (which i have to do in front of a german official). The same time we submit Mai’s translated documents and have to pay the embassy to authorize them. This can take 4-6 months. After that I get my german marriage license which I then have to exchange into an english marriage license again at the embassy. With that I can finally marry Mai in front of a Philippine Mayor…. But I will visit Burgerking as well..

our new home
Ich hatte ja erwähnt das wir eine Hütte auf unserem Grundstück zu einem kleinen Haus ausgebaut haben. Ich dachte ich zeig mal n paar bilder davon, den hier wohnen wir jetzt..

nothing special happend
Ich hab ja mal wieder länger keinen Eintrag gemacht, s wahr auch nicht so viel passiert nach der anfänglichen Aufregung am Anfang des monats.. Aber ich geb mal ne Übersicht:

manchmal muss eine Woche eine Ewigkeit sein.. sometimes a week must be an eternity..
Eine Woche war genug um kennenzulernen und lieben zu lernen.
Eine Woche war nicht genug um zu geniesen.
Belly, wir vermissen dich.
A week was enough to get to know and to learn to love.
A week was not enough to enjoy.

they’re getting better
Unsere beiden kleinen geht es etwas besser. Button, der Junge, tollt seit gestern wieder lebendig und fröhlich rum. Belly hat noch nen argen Husten und Schnupfen, da machen wir uns noch Sorgen. Aber beide haben keinen Durchfall mehr, das gibt Hoffnung.
Our two puppies are a bit better today. Button, the boy, was playing around again yesterday, and is pretty lively in general. Belly has a bad cough and sneeze, that still worries us a lot. But both don’t have the running anymore, that gives us hope.

fresh aquired worries
Unsere Familie hat zuwachs bekommen. Belly und Button, ein 2 Monate altes Shih Tsu Pärchen welches Mai aus Manila mitgebracht hat. Wir hatten schon eine weile darüber gesprochen, auch um vielleicht welpen zu züchten. Und als Sie welche in Manila gefunden hat, haben wir kurzerhand welche gekauft.
Our family just got bigger. Belly and Button, a pair of 2 month old Shih Tsus which Mai brought from Manila. We talked about that for quite a while, as well to maybe breed them in the future. Now she found them in Manila, and we just bought them.
